Gerry Barteluk

General Manager

Gerry Barteluk joined the Lake Louise Inn in May 2007. Gerry is a seasoned veteran with over 30 years in the hospitality business.

He is a graduate of the Hotel Restaurant Management program at BCIT and has held management positions with Canadian Pacific, Hilton International, Westin, Sheraton and Holiday Inn, including a tour of duty at the Chateau Lake Louise.

Gerry is a Past President of the Greater Vancouver Hotels Association, the British Columbia and Yukon Hotels Association.

John Rowe

Director of Sales and Marketing

John Rowe, who joined the Lake Louise Inn Team on November 24, 2003, has over thirty years of tourism experience and has an excellent knowledge of the Lake Louise area.

John previously owned and operated a travel agency for fifteen years. He also held the position of Travel Secretary for the Canadian Armed Forces while stationed in Rome, Italy. Most recently, John held the position of Manager - Revenue, Sales and Marketing for Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts.

Jami Wilson

Sales Manager

Jami Wilson joined the Lake Louise Inn in November 2008.Jami received a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Jami has over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, including positions with the Hilton, Delta and Sheraton hotel companies. In 2004, Jami won a Sales Distinction Award with a leading hotel chain, having earned second place in Canada.

Jami is very pleased to be working at such a beautiful property in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

Steve Mossman

Front Office Manager

Steve Mossman joined the Lake Louise Inn as Front Office Manager in June of 2007. Steve has extensive front office experience, having previously held the position of Front Office Manager at the Renaissance Vancouver Hotel Harbourside. Steve was also the Front Office Manager at both the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown and the Hilton Vancouver Airport.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of King's College in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Amy Thomson

Human Resources Manager

Amy Thomson joined the Lake Louise Inn as Human Resources Manager in November of 2007. Amy previously held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at the Chateau Lake Louise. Amy also has human resources experience in the high-technology and automotive industries.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in Human Resources Management, from the University of Guelph, Ontario.
